Cooking
- 1Prepare the filling: cut the turkey into small pieces, drain the corn in a sieve, and let the excess liquid drip off.
- 2Lay the lavash flat on a clean surface. If it is too large, you can fold it into one tight roll or cut it into 2 pieces for easier rolling.
- 3Place the turkey and corn near one edge of the lavash. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and a little greens if you like.
- 4Roll the lavash into a tight wrap so the filling does not fall out while frying.
- 5Heat a dry pan over medium heat. Place the roll seam-side down and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden.
- 6Carefully turn the roll over and fry the other side for another 2–3 minutes. Then hold the sides for 30–40 seconds each so the lavash becomes crisp.
- 7Remove from the pan, let the roll cool for 1 minute, and serve right away. Cut into 2 pieces if desired.
