Answers to common questions about 3×15, recipes, meal planning, AI, and shopping lists.
3×15 is a service for quick recipes and meal planning. The core idea is simple: up to 3 main ingredients and up to 15 minutes of cooking time.
The 3×15 rule means that a recipe should contain no more than three main ingredients and take no more than fifteen minutes to prepare.
Salt, pepper, water, oil, sugar, and basic spices are not counted as main ingredients. They are used only for taste and preparation.
Three main ingredients keep recipes simple, clear, and accessible. This approach reduces cooking complexity and makes shopping lists easier.
Fifteen minutes is a practical limit for everyday cooking. The idea behind 3×15 is to make meals fast without long preparation or complicated processes.
The service includes official 3×15 recipes, personal user recipes, community recipes, and recipes created with AI.
Community recipes are recipes that users choose to share with others. They help expand the 3×15 recipe library.
Yes. You can choose ingredients, a meal type, and a cooking method, and AI will help create a detailed recipe with calories and macros.
Before generating a recipe, the service checks whether a similar recipe with the same ingredient set already exists. If one is found, you will see a warning and can choose whether to use the existing recipe or create a new one.
Currently, three methods are supported: frying, boiling, and no-cook. They fit best with the 15-minute rule.
The generator selects recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, builds a weekly meal plan, and automatically calculates calories, macros, and a shopping list.
Yes. After a menu is generated, you can replace individual meals. The shopping list and menu totals are updated automatically.
The shopping list is built from all recipes in the selected menu. Identical products are grouped together, and their quantities are summed.
Yes. The service supports print/PDF for menus, recipes, and shopping lists, as well as Excel export for shopping lists.
Calories and macros are calculated using product data and ingredient amounts in each recipe. Values are approximate and may differ from actual values.
Yes. You can add a personal product. AI can help fill in calories and macros if you do not know the exact values.
Personal recipes are recipes created by a user. They are saved in the user's profile and are visible only to that user unless the user chooses to publish them to the community.
Some features are available without registration, but an account is required for personal recipes, favorites, support, profile features, and saved data.
The service supports Russian, English, and Uzbek.
