Pan-Fried Turkey with Zucchini and Onion

- 1Prepare the ingredients: wash the zucchini and slice it into small half-moons, peel the onion and cut it into thin strips, and cut the turkey into bite-size pieces.
- 2Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- 3Add the onion first and cook for 2–3 minutes until it becomes soft and lightly translucent.
- 4Add the zucchini and cook for another 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally so the pieces soften but do not turn mushy.
- 5Add the turkey, mix well, and warm everything together for 2–3 minutes.
- 6Season with salt and black pepper to taste, stir once more, and remove from the heat.
