Cooking
- 1Prepare all ingredients: the sweet potato should already be boiled, the shrimp should be ready to eat, and the watermelon should be peeled and seed-free.
- 2If the sweet potato is in large pieces, cut it into convenient slices or cubes so the breakfast is easy to eat with a fork or spoon.
- 3Warm the sweet potato in a small pot with 2–3 tablespoons of water for 2–3 minutes over low heat, without letting it boil strongly.
- 4Add the shrimp to the sweet potato and warm together for another 1–2 minutes, gently stirring so the shrimp heat evenly.
- 5Transfer the sweet potato and shrimp to a plate, then place the watermelon cubes or wedges beside them.
- 6Serve immediately while the sweet potato and shrimp are warm and the watermelon stays cool and juicy.
